Strong Authentication
VIP Access adds strong authentication to your normal login in one of the following ways:
• Dynamically generate a one-time use security code on your mobile device. Use that code along with your username and password.
• Receive a push notification on your mobile device that you approve as authentication. If your organization requires you to define an additional device authentication mechanism to meet the security requirements, you will be prompted for the additional local authentication such as passphrases or biometrics.
• Enter a challenge number on your mobile device that you receive during authentication. The challenge number proves that you are physical present during authentication.
• Use Touch ID, Face ID, or Passcode in a push notification to authenticate yourself on your mobile device.
Note: Touch ID or Face ID authentication requires that your mobile device is Touch ID or Face ID capable and that you have registered a fingerprint or facial recognition authentication on the device.
The strong authentication method you use depends on the method implemented by your participating organization.
You can generate a security code even if you do not have a network or mobile connection.
QR/App Codes
Scan a QR Code at participating organizations such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, and more to generate a security code every 30 seconds to securely sign in. Enter this security code along with your password to add strong authentication to your favorite websites.

We have two PayPal accounts as we have a Canadian and U.S. Corp account. It would be good to have two credentials so we can use the same app for both accounts. Please add as it is an easy request. Most people have more than one account (business / personal or several businesses).
Love the new black skin but multiple IDs was more important.
Apple Watch app is currently my most used 3rd party app after Strava. This app just works. Thanks!
An excellent tool to have for desk tops or laptops no matter what brand it is. Modern day thieves comes in all shapes, sizes, & forms. Protection for electronic devices with auto login is a must these days. I like it very much, it makes me feel like Im walking on a red carpet going to a car wash with my handy dandy computer.

It is nice having another authentication factor for additional security precautions.
Easy to use & it has never crashed...able to telework with ease!
Works flawless and easier than having physical token generators all over the place.
Some bad moments
Great idea but difficult to apply unless you are using a specified payment method!
When I saw that none of the sites where I use my credit card were available, I disinstalled the app straight away! I suppose if you are using ebay or paypal, the it would be fine, but no point in having such an app on my phone! Sorry!
WARNING!!! Closing this application from running programs causes it to get a new Credential ID next time it is opened. This will lock you out of all of your associated accouts you are using it for. Blizzard has no problem programing an authenticaiton app for Battlenet which can be closed properly so I dont see why these people cant.
Im not risking getting myself locked out of my Paypal.
Come on Verisign. You gotta express you identified that glitch and nipped it and its working much more clearly than that garbled explaination in your update text.

After updating to the new Mac IOS, app stopped working, doesnt seem to be compatible
This app shouldnt need access to the internet. Why is there a need for that? Also learn to code and clear out the old code before showing the new one. This way we dont get halfway through typing the code when it changes to the new one upon app launch.
Also, embrace the platform and respect the users and provide timely updates and fixes. Cant expect otherwise from a crap company like Symantec.
