VIP Access for iPhone App Reviews

This app has not been updated in years. Doesnt fit the iphone 5 screen and runs at non retina resolution. Would be great if they updated it. It does still do the job though.

Please update for iOS 7 and screen size for iPhone 5

We need: 1. iPhone 5 screen size support. 2. Retina resolution support. 3. iOS 7 support.

Great app. I like the security.

Works well for what you need - but beware - if you need to change out your phone it FORCES you to get a new credential, making all of your logins break. You have to reregister all of them all over again for no reason.

Workalike, but there is a serious bug. When you open the app, the timeout is set to 30s even if the token is only good for another 5s. forcing you to wait for a full 30s to get the next token. Unacceptable! The google auth one is vastly superior in every way!

The app is very handy but my concern is that the security code only shows 4 digits followed by three dots. I dont know if its my phone (iPhone 5s) but its troublesome that I would have to press and hold the security code field to copy it and paste it somewhere else just so I can see the entire 6 digit numbers. Please research on this issue and provide a fix soon. Thank you!

The Symantec VIP app does the job by providing a rotating 6-digit number to use on various websites as an additional layer of security when authenticating. It works well for what it is designed for, though I would like to see the ability to use multiple VIP credentials within the app (so I can attach a separate credential to each unique website).

Please make it so you can copy and paste the security code provided. It would be nice to be able to hold your finger down on the number then be able to copy it to paste in a separate application. Thanks

Works with E*Trade web site and mobile app too. Double tap the Credential ID or Security Code to copy to clipboard. Very easy to set up. Works perfectly. Also works with Fingerprint ID. Great initial impression. Will enable on other sites as well.

I’m not sure why every company is obsessed with making their apps look like crap. The old app was professional looking and worked great. This new version looks like it was designed by idiots. It does still seems to work fine (THANK GOD), but looks about as unprofessional as it can get. Thanks for nothing. Leave the look and feel of the app alone and just add functionality.

Good update except I hate the yellow used in the nav bar. Also App Store icon needs to be updated to match the real icon

New UI is beautiful. I think this app is a good fit for Apple Watch. Would you consider it?

Inexpensive, extensible, versatile. The push functionality is nice. Look and feel is ok not great.

New design is so happy and bright. The old app is dark and it’s time to replace! I like this version. Works good to sign in just as before.The timer is so much better in a large circle. When it’s close to 30 seconds I won’t enter the security code. I just wait for new one. The security code is nice and big. Much easier to read. It’s easy to get to all the help stuff too. The old app has tons of info but hard to get to all and I got lost. This version is better overall.

Nice new update, especially the circle timer! I love the circular countdown since I know how much time I have left to enter the code. Wish I could customize the colors base on my mood. That would be awesome!!!

Why still yellow on white (ugh!) ? Its still hard on older eyes. Please at least give us a dark mode option.
